The following terms apply to all orders placed on CareGleam. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

We prepare and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Typical processing times are as follows:

  • Standard items: 1–3 business days
  • Print-on-demand items: 1–7 business days
  • Personalized items: an additional 1–3 business days on top of the above

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. SHIPPING METHODS, TIMEFRAMES & FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and applicable rates will be shown at that time.

United States:

An estimated delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation. Final delivery is typically handled by your local postal service, and actual delivery times may vary based on their operations.

  • During holidays, severe weather events, customs inspections, or periods of unusually high carrier volume, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimates above.

3. DELIVERY TERMS

We work with multiple carriers to ship orders, depending on the destination address.

International orders shipped from the US are dispatched on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. CareGleam does not charge VAT or import duties. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. For information on your country's import regulations, please refer to your local customs authority.

4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form. We will do our best to accommodate address changes received within 6 hours of order placement. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, address changes can no longer be guaranteed.

5. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form. After 6 hours, your order may have entered production or fulfillment and cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. If production has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request at no cost to you. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

6. CONSUMER RIGHTS
